New treatment- advanced electrolysis/blemish removal

An advanced electrolysis method using diathermy to deliver a controlled electrical current to the blemish. It uses heat to cauterise or destroy the blemish either by breaking down its blood supply or lifting it away if it’s large. It targets only the blemish so doesn’t damage the skin around. This can be sensitive and cause a small amount of pain but it is bearable and over in seconds.

New treatment
Electrolysis & Laser hair removal

New treatment- Electrolysis

Electrolysis is a safe and permanent form of hair removal. It uses small electric currents to destroy the hair at the root. Electrolysis is a unique form of hair removal as it can be used on any hair colour and any skin tone. It treats one single hair at a time so is best on smaller areas like lip/chin but can also target annoying hairs.

Laser Hair Removal

Laser is an effective, quick and safe form of hair removal. The laser emits light energy, which is then converted to heat. The melanin, the substance that gives the hair its colour, absorbs the light emitted which then destroys the hair follicle without damaging the surrounding tissue. In addition to leaving you with smooth hairless skin it also helps to reduce ingrown hairs, helps eliminate dark patches, helps reduce acne and razor burns.

New Treatment
Facial and Cosmetic Acupuncture

Facial cosmetic acupuncture is a natural approach to anti-aging that uses traditional Chinese medicine techniques to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, improve skin tone, and enhance overall facial health.

Very fine acupuncture needles are inserted into specific points on the face to stimulate collagen production, boost circulation, and improve muscle tone. It can be a natural alternative to, or used alongside Botox and other cosmetic treatments. Unlike injection procedures, acupuncture addresses not only the signs of aging but also the skin's overall health.

Guasha is integrated as part of the treatment. It is a non-invasive technique that helps to clear and revitalise the skin, by clearing away puffiness and stimulating lymphatic drainage, it gives a more radiant and sculpted look.

Adjuncts included, Hyaluronic booster serum, Anti ageing facial oil, Vegan, organic, no perfume and cruelty free products, Infrared /LED light to further stimulate collagen and improve skin tone.

Body Conditioning -

Monday 6pm - 6.45pm (online)

Body conditioning involves a variety of low impact exercises targeting all the major muscles groups. The goal is to improve muscle strength and increase flexibility. This session is suitable for all fitness levels and exercises can be adapted for individual needs.

Although a set of light hand weights will be an advantage if you have them, everyday household items like small water bottles or tin cans will work just as well if you don’t.

What you will need:

For floor-based exercises, you can use a mat if you have one, but a rug, towel, or any comfortable surface will also work.

Wearing comfortable clothing is encouraged.

Pilates -

Tuesday's 6pm - 6.55pm (online)

Suitable for all levels, Pilates is a low impact exercise method that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility and enhancing overall body alignment and posture. The method integrates controlled precise movement targeting the deep muscles, particularly those in the abdomen, lower back, hips and buttocks.

What you will need

The session is predominantly mat based so no equipment is required other than a comfortable mat if you have one, although not a necessity as a rug or carpet etc will work just as well if you don’t. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and all exercises can be modified to suit different abilities.
